Common questions about pricing & the trial
What happens after the trial?+
After seven days, you decide whether you want to keep using CoachZone. Without an active booking, your trial access simply ends — no charges.
Do I need a credit card?+
No. No credit card is required for the 7-day trial.
Does the subscription renew automatically?+
Yes. As described in our terms and conditions, your subscription automatically renews for the term you booked. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current term — each subscription is cancelled individually.
Do the prices include VAT?+
Yes, all listed prices include statutory VAT.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, you can switch between Basic and Pro at any time. Just reach out to our support team.
What happens with more than 25 players?+
Basic and Pro are designed for one team of up to 25 players. For larger squads or additional teams, we recommend the club plan with a flexible player count.
Can I add more teams?+
Basic and Pro each cover one team. If you manage several teams, the club plan is the right fit — with central administration for all of them.
How long does the Pro discount apply?+
The 50% Pro discount applies to the first booked term. See our terms and conditions for details on renewal and pricing.
